In return, if he succeeds, the world will have changed because of him. He will soon find that chuubas discussed in his thread start becoming friends "mysteriously", even if they never met before. Collabs will eventually happen, and HAG UNITY might become a common place word. That is his reward: with his autism and dedication, he might shape a portion of the vtuber scene by his will.
If he abandons his duties, it might disappear, or worse, be perverted into something cruel by someone with evil intentions, who will reshape this community at his image. It has happened before. This is why these things should not be done in a whim.
