it doesn't matter how autistic they are, when the leaders are active they can't defend. That's the whole point. Even if it's a direct clash between anny and mouse/connor/whoever else they can't win. So all you accomplished was wasting those precious hours of the nighttime giga autists replacing pixels they probably wouldn't have needed to replace in the first place if they just let them have their flag and neuro dollar for the night. You gained nothing. Having a few less autists to contribute to the swarm doesn't affect anything when it's all time gated, but having a much higher completion percentage on the overall artwork leaves a much bigger impact on the overall canvas when the big moves are made. It will take a lot less work in the future to complete and that's important to remember because it's a very large project and there is a limited amount of time to finish it.
Again the whole point is that if you don't fight them, less pixels overall are wasted. There is a certain assumption to this argument that they won't go out of their way to "attack" uncontested areas like henya, nazuna, zen, etc, but it's a fairly reasonable assumption to make. No one has really tried to blanket void any other pieces yet, and if they do it will be a much smaller force than the people just "defending" the nuero/anny stuff.
