i know even in 2023, the twins would loop but not in a way that would be considered therapeutic (i think). The loops that pop up in my mind are the ones where they did the 'i love you' loop or the 'goodbye' loop
to me when i think of 2024 subathon twin moments, i usually just think of them just bickering and then going off tangent and continuing the tangent until they go onto another tangent multiple times. then one of the twins would bring up something random from the (way) past and that becomes the next starting point
