No. She sounds like a dork, I actually prefer it to the normal "generic western woman" voice; I don't know why, I just do.
There's *some* bits like her shrill "I'm being murdered" scream that I dislike but that'd be the case for any woman screaming in that manner so I don't consider it in this discussion.

If the browser cache says to YT you have an adblocker once, the cache doesn't change until you do a full reset, so turning it off wouldn't fix the YT-side check feeding in that you have an adblock and causing the video block. Adblock could still be the cause here, and it's not a """bug""" if so, but rather YT intentionally doing it to try and force you to uninstall it to not deal with the issues at all.
However your issue sounds most like you just had a general cache issue (since a full restart of the browser that cleans up the specific website cache for video streams fixed it). Glad it worked out so you can watch streams again anon. Do watch if it happens again of course, YT is constantly trying everything to inconvenience the end user. :^)
