I would suggest investing in your other hobbies if you have any. And I mean REALLY get into them. Spend hours on them away from the internet or put some music or anime in the background to distract your brain from him. I've been doing that lately and it helps for the most part, even if my mind still goes back to him anyway. It can be a slow process, but it's completely fine to do it at your own pace. Your heart's attached to him after all.
The other anon was right to suggest Doppio, he's a cute nerdy retard who can be smart sometimes. I highly suggest his Touken Ranbu streams and the first few streams of his around debut when he was extra chunni. Closest thing to a shota adjacent vtuber would be Alban. He is pure unfiltered cuteness and his cute noises fill me with joy even if he isn't my oshi. Haven't seen him collab with any females in ages too so there's no worries of them popping up.
