When I was younger I engaged in the e-stalking girls with 2d persona game, but in my case it lead to a long distance relationship. Youtube, twitch, and twitter aren't platforms to facilitate a relationship. It's never going to happen there. You have to find girls that have tumblr/deviantart. Also, any social network that allows you to slide into their DMs can work in theory. You need a sport where you and the girl can talk in private. As long as your communications are in public it will never go anywhere.
