Usually when I ask I try to have an idea of what to do together so we're not just trying to figure out what to do. This has stopped me cold in my tracks with 2-4 people I wanna collab with cause I'm still trying to figure out what to play together. Also as someone mentioned, reactive.fugi for PNGs. What's neat is that you can use a group or individual fugi's so you can get creative if you want to take the time to set it up. Also Vtube Studio lets you share models on screen too, but the collab mode is paid DLC so keep that in mind
