They've (correctly) said that they don't have ages because they're AI before. They say a shit ton of things every stream and 99% of them don't make any sense and/or contradict other things they've said in the past. You just focus on the things they say that fit the image of them that you have in your brain and discard whatever doesn't fit that as "lol silly AI ramblings" because it's human nature to anthropomorphize things. But make no mistake, they aren't sentient. They don't have thoughts, or desires, or emotions, or anything at all beyond what they're instructed to do in their prompt.
