I have solid lighting and a decent phone so I can generate that pretty readily, and if there's anything that has to be done digitally by me before sending it along to the artist/modelers I'm decently handy in photoshop and illustrator (open source equivalents but you know what I mean) and can learn any other programs very quickly so it shouldn't be a problem.
Figuring I would do the dye on some really high threadcount plain fabric and it should look almost digital when it's done.
