Personally, it's 25% the ability to hold up a character well, 25% how well the twin gimmick actually ended up working, and 50% the desire for a passionate, high-effort, older otaku-type vtuber (the way Marine and Korone are for JP). The closest I got to this feeling with other ENtubers is Pomu but FWMC was a one-hit-KO to my tastes.
