There's a noticeable percentage on the Novelites that are genuinely autistic, similar to Shiori. And autists are known for not being able to read the room and not understanding the other party's feelings without hearing it directly from them. It's quite the same with Shiori's 'You hate me, you hate me, I know you guys hate me.' Oshi reflects the fans or something. And Shiori's side is slowly being 'treated' because Novelites do remind her everytime how much they love her.
And of course, on the flipside, to 'solve' this, they just have to directly hear from Shiori how much she loves the Novelites.
But we know that would never happen and at most, we will only get a direct "I don't hate you, guys". So, we're stuck with the she hates us posters for a long long long time.
