Use Chrome.
Go to the tweet, don't start the audio yet.
Open the Devtools panel (clicking F12 or find it in the menu).
Go to the Network tab, filter with "m3u".
Start the audio and copy the URL of the m3u file, and use it with YT-DLP.
while i personally only have used it on saved spaces rather than live ones, raki shouldnt have any issues needing a space to not be saved or deleted after.
a correction from what i said before, it actually downloads as an mp4, but it's easy to just make it an audio file
