Although really I think it's just her design looks kind of weird and her debut felt kinda weak, which can have extremely long-lasting impacts. In reality her design is actually fine, it's just her outfit is kind of cheesy looking (although I suppose it matches her demeanor) and she's like a late 00s wacky ecksdeeXD *glomps u* type character come to life, which wasn't appealing then or now. Despite all that I like her about as much as the other non-erb parts of Justice, it's just I can see why she didn't take off because she doesn't have specific noteworthy buffs/skills vs the others like being able to draw or sing or be creatividad. Although actually I would say Gigi is pretty creative, it's just not well-known.
