fanfiction.net which probably has way more since the mainline games are pretty old. MGS ships are extremely well documented on the shipping wiki. It has a large Tumblr community too, you can search it up yourself and still find tons of fan art clearly drawn by women(just no more nsfw ones after the purge). A lot of the artists have huge overlap with the Yakuza fanbase too, almost like girls are drawn to media with a lot of two men being emotional and intimate with eachother.
