Her attitude towards streaming and the like really reminds me of Gibara from Nijisanji more than anything. Started off strong, got stronger, but ended up getting burned out, started streaming less and less, and eventually just took a break for a while. Gibara also went on an announced hiatus before having her graduation.
Coco on the other hand has a lot of commonalities with Saku, where they weren't allowed to do the one thing they wanted to most (stream Nintendo vs. Asacoco / shitposting), went on for a little bit trying to see if they could do something else, weren't satisfied, and decided to graduate.
In Saku's case, she came back after Nintendo secured permissions, not to mention Coco said that the only agency she would ever go to would be Hololive, but I can't see that happening unless management gives her a carte blanc to do whatever. That being said, people trying so hard to claim this is the 7th Trumpet are fucking morons and I seriously want to kneecap whoever made that image, it's too easy for dramafags like OP to latch onto. The loss of Coco is definitely a huge blow to Hololive since she was such a strong figure and a good friend to everyone there, but Haachama always sort of operated by herself in her own bubble and she was already seen as an eccentric by all of her peers as a result.
