Millie have admitted to kissing Elira in the past and seems to be VERY attached to Enna while also lusting after other girls.
For Enna it's not so obvious but I think she have said that she is okay with woman too iirc? I honestly can't recall what she said exactly.
Millie is most like bi and Enna is probably bi-curious if not bi. They're a tricky one.
