I personally don't think her personality fits what a Vtuber should be. This could probably be what rubs people the wrong way about her. There's just something about her. Also, her being loud is one thing, but other Holos are loud and it works for them, while Kiara likes to shout over people and can't really read the room. She comes off as rude in these kind of situations.
