Anyways, I made some pizza dough. The recipe calls for
>4 dl / 1,7 cups of 00 pizza flour
>2 dl / 0,85 cups of water
>1 tsp of salt and sugar
>1 tbsp of olive oil
Let it rest and ferment in the fridge for 24-48 hours. Take to room temperature to warm up for at least 30 minutes before spreading over a baking sheet. Top the pizza and bake in 225 c / 437 f until the cheese has browned. Enjoy the pizza.
