Its funny cause one of my friends is a HUGE idolfag and despises Hololive for that very reason, he doesn't consider them idols at all.
Ultimately Pomu's views on idols is how anyone would view something they love, you know it has flaws and there's some dark stuff under the surface, but that doesn't stop you from loving it.
