sometimes he'd get kind of insecure and sulky that he's not as tall or masculine or suave as other guys, but hes also too self aware to show jealousy so instead when something triggers his insecurity he'll shut himself in his room and sulk quietly alone. when you come in to reassure him its not like he bursts into tears or immediately perks up but rather just kinda nods and lets you hold him and leans against you and not say anything, but he'll sometimes nod or grunt or say "mmhmm". by the next morning its not like hes hyper or anything but hes more talkative and smiles a bit more and will slowly perk up more throughout the day until you and him find something together that makes the two of you laugh, and then hes in a fairly alright mood again.
