The reason for it is because they do not have the time to place the stream elsewhere, and they say this often. I'm willing to bet that Frog Detective would've been on Tuesday instead of Wednesday morning if Mococo didn't get a migraine. Even if you ignore the fact that the stream started mid-way through the hour (which is something they don't do), they outright said they just crammed it in there for the bingo
Going further, the JST streams have been VERY inconstant, almost as if they want to stream but don't have any good times to do so. It's gone from 3am, 4am, 6am, 5am, 6:30am, it's at best a "regular anomaly" on their schedule rather than a "normal thing"
JST streams are not a "normal thing", even if they show up often. And if you don't know the distinction between the two, then that's on you.
