These circles registered for the event, paid the money, but didn't talk about the event or indicate that they set up a booth at the event in any way.
Weirdly enough, I also found a few "ghost" circles under the registrations, which apparently paid to register but have absolutely NONE of their social media accounts linked on the page. Can't even find their names through google/twitter search.
