A bit late to the party about their tweet, but considering how they are (inability to take care of basic home things, sentimental hoarding), the moving is being very ruff and/or is taking longer than expected. From my experience, when you take comfort in things being in very particular way, like where you put things, how everything in home works to the smallest detail, not to mention grocery shopping, when you start packing up to move you are kinda tearing all that down and it's very scary and overwhelming. Give them lots of headpats.
