I think she is Chaotic Neutral. Beatani is an individualist who isn't too concerned with the traditions and expectations of others. She finds many long accepted behaviors in Japanese and vtuber culture to be foolish and mendokusai, so she discards the ones she doesn't find useful. She isn't a moralist and is relatively unconcerned with concepts such as good and evil, rather doing what she feels will further her goals at the moment. She won't go out of her way to help or hurt anyone if it doesn't serve a purpose for her.
