The stocks get charged pretty easily and doesnt make you choose between oki or power up, and to be honest dash elbow plays itself
Divekick is a fantastic neutral skip and in modern is just a plain menace, so you got your tricks, and your win condition is throwing your fireball or/and cr mk stock
She isnt an autowin like ken and she is heavily reliant on the throwlooping which isnt that very good of a strategy to begin with, but i feel she flows even better than Luke just because of how important it is to have an amazing drive rush in this game, like Bisons.
I would put her alongside Luke in the having a good time category. Plus having an aesthetically pleasant character does good things for your soul, although it shouldn't be the most important thing in your life.
