I think the thing about Nenes voice is that is not conventional ultra high pitched like most jp woman either have or try their all to fake it, so nene might feel the need to be like that since jp society do tend to annoy you when they feel you are different somehow
Personally one of the main reasons nene became my oshi is how natural her voice feels, even in twitter spaces and when she wakes up you can see its something close to the way she normally talks which I enjoy it much more. I hate when they alter their voice so much that its far from the way they normally talk.
One example of this is korone, I loved the way she talked in her first streams but soon enough she got to het current voice which I find too unnecessarily high pitched, I dont hate her or anything I just wish she talked more her initial streams.
