>>39601855One thing that I find helped me is when I internalised (or at least got closer to internalising) that "you are not your thoughts". When I knew I couldn't trust my feelings, especially on the bad days. Part of that was when I realised that when I felt bad I didn't remember what it was like to feel happy, and when I felt happy (or at least not bad) I didn't remember what it was like to feel bad. It made me stop caring so much.
