The biggest barrier would be either one of them reaching out to the other for it, and if that happens then I'm sure the other would accept. I don't think it's likely but im still gonna keep believing and i'll be pleasantly surprised if it ever does. The rust sever right now seems to be a good gateway for them to interact, Gura tried to go say hi to Foobs the other day during her stream but Fubuki was either still afk or had gotten off.
