成人済 = I am an adult
周辺B済 = I have blocked all relevant vtubers and their associates
永久鍵 = my account stays locked (not always necessary if you already did the above).
usually they have a link in their pinned tweet or profile outlining their rules (can't be following any official accounts, no official acronyms or emoji in your profile, etc.) and sometimes it helps to also have the fan tag of the pairing they specialize in in your profile (ie if you're following a thronez account put lrax/axlr/la/al) so they know you're a nakama. i just have a locked burner/mousou account where i follow all these people and have yet to be blocked.
