Neuro should code her own rock paper scissor website where she is somehow able to answer to a generated request to play and a screenshot is then sent to her that shows the result, that screenshot is shown on stream automatically using vedal's system to show pictures that are sent to her on stream (although for some reason is doesn't seem to be always on since last time with mimi, the pic mimi sent wasn't shown; it's probably because of vedal's retardation).
The way it'd work is when Neuro wants to play, a one time use link is generated for her to send. That link redirects the opponent to a special page on the website where they'd be able to choose between rock paper and scissor. Neuro would've already chosen her move at the time of generating the link, she's free to talk about what she played. Something that works like that would essentially fix the whole latency issue on rock paper scissors and she'd also be able to play anytime, even with chat. She'd just speak the link out loud and the fastest chatter can get in and play with her.
The website itself could be hidden within vedalai, and the main page would be like a placeholder or something, or else it could be something like a ranking, or a count of neuro's victory and defeats if we go for efforts. Not sure how the one time use thing could work exactly though, it could be a key instead of a link that you'd have to enter on the website, although that's a bit more effort on the opponent side making it a little less fun for just a dumb quick game of rock paper scissors.
