>>81168143>I don't really care what companies want to doanon i'm not grandstanding about corporations, i'm just telling you why it's not being done and would not be profitable for me. the model that might actually work is for planned communities, negotiating with a larger company to develop housing to move their employees into. raising consumer standards by introducing a disruptively good product is probably the only way to go here, but trying to sell houses on their design merits is not going to work.
