Do you go right out the gate asking for paypigs? My instinct would be no. Wouldn't it be better to do the humblefag thing where you just tell people 'oh feel free to sub and like if you enjoy what you see!' for the first X amount of time [a couple weeks? a couple months? til you have # subs?]
Assuming of course that you're literally and unironically just streaming with no specific goal of making it an income source, not at first at least
