The content for Hololive is mostly around shorter arcs anyway so making a good over-arcing central plot is pretty hard. Might just be my tendency as a world builder but having it standalone and not relying too much on stream stuff, but merely referencing it and using it as guide for designs can be fun. Take the haunted house for example, rather than a bunch of hoomans controlled by evil Mumei it's a cultist hideout they need to clear out with references to the RE7 call in stream. The game would be more so inspired rather than a true council game sure, but applying a different brush of paint could make it more fun.
