Reality and fiction are innocuous concepts, it doesn't matter where the input that generates a thought comes from, because it will be conceptualized by our minds under the same category.
 Reality or fiction, real person or fictitious person, it doesn't matter; in our minds everything will be categorized under the concept of "persona". So, the purity of this "person" only depends on you, because by the time you are able to understand what it means and assign a value to it, the input that generated that concept is no longer important. Our minds do not distinguish between reality and fiction, because it works under abstract concepts.
Even a fictional character can be more real and pure than a real person, because it only depends on you what kind of world you want to live in and how much you want to live deceived and bound by weak concepts like "reality" or "honesty".
