>>86091918 and I will absolutely simp for Reach personally. That's the prequel one, takes place just before CE but the last one developed by Bungie (so in terms of release date it's between 3 and 4). There were some gameplay and map design complaints about Reach at the time related to the spread on the DMR and armor abilities, and the Elites on Legendary were dogshit again, but those issues aren't really relevant for someone casually playing the campaign for the first time on Heroic. And they were definitely child's play compared to the issues in 4 and especially 5.
