>>84772251>>84772783Im late as i just woke up and about to go back to sleep, but this is true. If you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Basically, you need to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight. You should figure out your maintenance caloric intake and then figure out your deficit. Slow weight loss will be more sustainable than a fast one. Changing your diet and eating more fruits than sweets or fatty food also helps, as well as they automatically have fewer calories.
As for exercise, anything is better than nothing. I started with a light 5 min HIIT i found online and then added up from there to doing 30 mins/10km on an exercising bike daily as well as lifting some light weights to keep my arms somewhat trained (i dont want too many visible muscles) to get rid of any excess body fat i used to have, so there's many exercises you can do at home if you don't want to go outside. Its better to start slow than overexert yourself by overdoing it. Healthy and sustainable weight loss isn't a race. It takes a while, but if you're consistent, you will see results at some point.
