With all of the discussion regarding HoloCure and the eventual addition of the Homos into it, it got me thinking as to what this "specific way" of implementation Kay Yu has been consistently referring to. And I think I figured it out. When you launch a game on Steam, sometimes there's a menu before anything has actually launched for you to choose which version of the game you want to play. Best known example I can give is Wallpaper Engine, with its standard, 64-bit mode, and safe mode options. What if that's the specific way of implementation that Kay Yu has been referring to? It's a way to guarantee that the Holos are able to steer clear of any Homo mentions, as well as a way that won't make false promises that he's made to the Homobeggars. Essentially two versions of the game, which are selectable before launch. The standard version that's just Hololive proper, and a "Holostars Edition" with all of the Homo content included as well. Made a mockup in case it's not clear what I'm trying to say for any of you. And I'd assume that if you played the game through a download on
itch.io then it'd just be a matter of which version you download on the game's page there.
