I really don't like Matsuri's.
Ayame's isn't super bad, though it has a long cooldown so benefits from the stamp. However it synergizes poorly with her own radius at max level, having a hitrange larger than her bonus area and causing spirit fires that also go outside it.

Ayame, now that is a character that could use some love more than Ina.
I get that you can't expect other weapons to go outside her radius, but I'd hope you'd give her a bonus radius where at least her Character Weapon won't kill things before they can enter it.
