Anyone that tells you they're dark roasts is lying, they're all acidic light roasts from SEAmonkey beans.
Obviously it comes down to personnel preference, but I don't like fruity sour lights.
Of the 4, Claras' is the best and has a smooth albeit weaker flavour. I brew the coffee's in multiple ways in order to make sure I have the full range of results.
Perhaps I will find one which I like straight away, and doesn't require re-roasting. I have another 5 unopened bags of various other girls.
