Or that US mane chan logged in and the connected via thing was changed to NA app store but the location stayed the same since majority of time was within the Europe.
Anyway, you can't really tell how her location might be affected since her account can be accessed from 3 completely different places on Earth - Japan, USA and Europe all at the same time.
It'd be a different story if she had a subaccount like suisei does that only she has access to.That's also why accessing via web might give you more anonymity, but at the same time might tell where you got your phone from.
But at the same time there might be some unknown bug that cannot identify the source if you, for example, downloaded it from external source via .apk file.
