In contrast you have the rares one like Phase Connect's CEO who has prior experience starting and managing a company, reinvest all earnings directly into the company hiring new staff, advertisement, hiring clippers, set guidelines about not engaging in drama/ignore provocations and so on. Their constant growth is no surprise. I just wish he could have hired Slugma.
