The main issue I noticed was the lighting, which seems to be applied as flat ambient shading across the whole model without any regard for directional light. It looks passable during parts where the stage is lit in monochrome, but becomes really jarring whenever they use more complicated stage lighting patterns.
The quality of the choreography varies from song to song; at some points it feels kind of stiff, but for the most part it's not bad.
Some of the 3D models seem a bit jank (Millie's neck looks uncannily long, for example—or maybe her shoulders are too low? Either way something feels off there), and there are run-of-the-mill clipping issues from time to time. If I had to pick out something positive, I think the way Reimu's big sleeves flowed with her arm movements looked pretty nice.
>tl;drIt's scuffed as hell (and way lower quality than I'd expect from a big company like this), but I wouldn't call it outright terrible.
