Also, they had said that their merch profit margin is quite small because they do push for some nice merch instead of min/max the margin all the time.
Beside, if VARK is actively doing 3d live for much bigger corp and franchise, including hololive then I don't think it's really bad for a significantly smaller corp like Kawaii to go to them if the price is cost efficient.
