Biboo's core gaming skills are actually lower than Shiori's, but her sheer persistence and her desire to meet a game on its own terms make it so that she always ends up damn impressive at the end. See: Sekiro Demon Bell Charmless, Hollow Knight Overcharmed, learning how to 4x Judgment Cut on DMC5, etc. Biboo puts in the work, always, and ends up looking awesome for it. Even her Mario Kart performance was genuinely superb, ending up in 3rd place overall despite starting in the Hell Group, and placing first on one of the races!
