They're already geared more towards what's expected of the "idol" hololivers and would get more support on their music performance.
On the other hand Hisui might have actually benefited from not being debut as part of a drama/singing middle school girl's unit. As much as the girls like eachother, she wouldn't have had as many haters if she was allowed to be "one of the boys" from the start.
