Contrary to the popular framing of Skibidi Toilet as mindless nonsense, it has some substance and requires decent comprehension skills.
It has strong continuity and lacks almost any dialogue or signage, making it inaccessible to a poor-memory, non-multimodal Neuro. She would need to develop her own vocabulary to refer to the characters, factions and weapons; thus requiring Neuro to be even more of an agent.
