I think this stream confirms that the jaggies are from Mel's PC being too weak. Just her model and T1m's model with just normal face tracking and no mocap or 3d environment and everything looks nice and sharp. Wonder if Mel's streaming computer is using a normal consumer video card, an A series RTX (fuck you Nvidia getting rid of the Quadro brand, its really confusing to have both the consumer and commercial cards called RTX) or a Vega card.
