You can even see Mouse reposting the chuuba announcing the start of the stream higher in her Twitter feed. The collab happened after the tweet about the illness.
But even assuming that the collab happening during the voting period is just (un)fortunate timing and nothing else, you still gotta admit how suspicious it looks sandwiched between Mouse's tweets about her getting nominated for several different amounts.
