Especially since the inexplicable refusal to stream her POV during the Lethal Company collab, which I *still* puzzle over to this day because it was so fucking bizarre. In comparison, the only "advantage" to the "lazy greedy whore" angle over any other theory is that hyperbolically pessimistic drama queen retards like yourselves can use it to justify unmedicated cuckposting, character assassination and other dumb threadshitting rhetoric.
If it was about money, she would either be a) grinding her ass off to optimize numbers, or b) coasting off of mascot welfare. One extreme or the other. If she just didn't give a shit and hated her job, then she would just bail like Sana did. And yet, she's not doing ANY of those things - instead she keeps trying (and failing) to come back over and over and over again, with no apparent rhyme or reason. This implies that, yes, she *must* actually care about being Gura and about her fans in their own right - but something, God knows what, is severely wrong behind the scenes.
No matter how you cut it, that's no mere "laziness". Almost certainly not ligma either, but clearly SOMETHING is not right, and judging from her behavior since January all we can really conclude is a) it's serious, and b) it's something that comes and goes and is impossible for her to predict
