Challenge: Change the debut order of ALL livers to make NijiEN more appealing to the west.
Restrictions: you can NOT get rid of any livers, wave limit cannot exceed 7, no solo debut. Everything else, from # of waves to the name of the waves can be changed. You don't have to include livers who didn't stick around for more than 4 months.
